Try it first
The free trial is the best way to know if Line by Air works for your photos. It needs no payment, and you get 14 days or 3 properties, whichever comes first. Exports are watermarked. Please try it before you buy.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle.
Subscriptions (Pro and Studio)
- First purchase: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or annual.
- Annual renewals: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Monthly renewals: not refunded. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't refund the current period unless one of the rules above applies.
Pay-as-you-go credits
- Within 14 days, no credits used: full refund.
- Some credits used, or after 14 days: we may refund unused credits pro rata, at our discretion, within 6 months of purchase.
How to ask for a refund
Either:
- email [email protected] with your order number or the email you used to buy; or
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email.
You don't need to give a reason, but we'd love to hear what didn't work. Often it's something we can fix.
What happens next
Paddle refunds the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
When a refund is issued, the licence key or credits it covered are deactivated, and exports that need that licence stop working on your Macs.
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live. Custom Developer agreements follow their own terms.
